Media Credentials Request

Use this application to request media or photo credentials for the 15th Annual John Coltrane International Jazz and Blues Festival, Sept. 5–6, 2026 at Oak Hollow Festival Park in High Point, North Carolina.

  • Complete and sign all required application and waiver fields.
  • Provide a link to recently published work or your portfolio.
  • Submit by Aug. 23, 2026. Late requests will not be considered.

Please note: Submission does not guarantee credentialing. The Festival may deny or revoke credentials. We aim to respond within 72 hours, although high request volume may cause delays.

All press credential applicants must sign and return this liability waiver before credentials can be issued.

Before you submit

Photo credentials are limited and provide short-duration photo-pit access at the beginning of each performance. Credentialed photographers agree to share all Festival photographs by Sept. 30, 2026 using WeTransfer, emailed to [email protected] and [email protected].

Once approved, your event ticket and Festival-weekend arrival instructions will be sent by email.

John Coltrane Plaza Statue

The statue honors the memory of the influential jazz saxophonist and composer, John Coltrane, who was born in Hamlet, North Carolina, but spent much of his youth in High Point.
